They\u2019re not there to pressure anyone or make them feel uncomfortable \u2014 their job is to talk to the person face-to-face, understand what\u2019s going on, and see what options are available. Any info we collect is passed on to our client, who decides what happens next.<\/p>\n<p>We always check what someone can realistically afford before any payment plan is suggested. And if needed, our field agents might recommend:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Breathing space<\/strong> \u2013 If someone\u2019s in a vulnerable spot, we won\u2019t push. We\u2019ll walk away and give them time.
